What most people haven't worked is that the interest payments alone that WHA will receive from the JV for the loan funding (at 8.5% and 15%) will get the company cash flow positive. That is before you even consider the security of 75% of organic supply, vertical integration, orders in China already waiting for CFDA approval, etc.....this is a good deal kids!
