BAL share price went down from $12 - $13 to $3.75 in matter of few days because they did not mention that the revenue will be affected because they may not be able to secure CFDA in time which is 01/01/2018... Do you think this was low risk for BAL.... I dont think the massive hit in the share price was worth not to mention the CFDA as risk....
