The Chinese have been jumping into ASX listed Canadium Lithium juniors pre-JORC. Eg BCC made a $1.8m strategic investment in MTC a couple of months, plus another Chinese company Dynavolt defaulted on a similar deal due to their financial circumstances. MTC has an exploration target of 15-25mt at one of their projects based on limited drilling, another project that looks like a dud, plus a couple of other projects that haven't been explored.
My guess its a similar strategic investment in NVA: ~10% escrowed placement at roughly current SP to raise ~$2.5m.
