CR's for the acquisition of a value-added business are one of the best reasons to do a CR if required. I expect a consolidation of the register if it is the case.
But totally agree we need to see further details before jumping to conclusions. No one on here considered this possibilty so we are all in the dark until the announcement is out. Until then GLTAH
