    That Global Tote approval was for TopBetta & MadBookie. The hold-up is approval for Ladbrokes/Neds. The announcement does make clear the confusion as to why it hasn't been approved - or why a separate approval was even needed.

    Playup acquired ClassicBet, thebettingclub - these guys are straight wagering ops.
