On what basis would she say that? They havent launched a take over, just bought a large stake in the business. Neither Twiggy or Gina have made their intentions clear, other than not supporting MIN (FMG).
I suspect it will be related to NWI, but too quick for the government to have a letter drafted and sent based on share purchasing by FMG and Gina- there is no substantive evidence in the public domain relating to that speculation.
But I am optimistic.
Does anyone know What would the criteria be in order for the government to classify a miner as a junior miner?
