Given MIN has a T/O bid on AGO, AGO may be obliged to disclosed info to MIN but not others. If that is the case, as an excuse perhaps, it is therefore possible that the AGO BOD are hanging on to the letter from the minister and the info there in, but sharing it with MIN, so MIN has more time to prepare if necessary, and that gives it an advantage edge over FMG, Gina and other big players. I can be wrong as I don't know how the scheme works with regards to AGO sharing info with MIN (but withholding from the market).
