Really depends on...
1. The purpose the funds are designated for.
2. How many new shares are issued
3. The price they are issued for.
Leading-up to the flaring of gas, which has some risk associated with it (i.e. the possibility that the results are not as good as expected) I would expect the share price to retreat to the issue price.
I am guessing 15 cents.
