The big question is the issue price??? Cash is certainly required to fund the next phase of discovery but new investors should not get a discounted price to hop on the ride. I hope Dr Rose who has bought huge quantities at market himself would see it this way. When explorers have accumulated an exciting lot of tenements in a highly prospective area it probably deserves a premium.
