Agreed, just further dilution.... unless the CR is accompanied with some amazing news I suspect the SP will hang around these levels and even grind lower. At least we'll all be able to pick up some shares below the issue price. Long term the BOT story is still a good one but you don't do 2 CR's in a matter of a few months at the same price ... it all seems a little desperate for mine.
