Hardly Doubt this, as the inside trader or traders would not of wanted out as fast.
This was clearly inside trading to bring the price down to were it is now. (AKA to get out with profit)
I suspect a bog standard CR at around 10c, very disappointing, But when money is needed by a company they really only have 2 options(Debt or CR) so it is what it is.
I am in BOT for the very long term and will accumulate as much as I can in the mean time before this takes off in a year or 2.
I may be wrong and will gladly be wrong, but this is how I see it and have seen it time and time again (and wont be the last)
