Not explicitly no, but if the company has results and can’t release them without delay will they not breach their legal obligation for continuous disclosure?
The only way I can see to not breach those obligations without a TH is if results are recieved outside of trading hours and any announcement is able to be composed and released prior to the next trading session.
But I do agree every mt remarkable announcement has been worthy of the name
