At best, the report raises a few good questions worth asking management about margins, the product, asset transfers etc. that need to be explained. These would be good questions to raise on an earnings call.
but without smoking gun evidence, they have sort of drawn a long bow to say CCP is faking accounts, engaging in illegal lending etc.
