    Factually the Wizard loans are NOT payday loans, the "revolving line of credit" separates them from the true meaning of a payday loan under the NCCP.

    That being said, the revolving LOC was put there in the SCC Loans act to NOT capture credit cards under the act.

    The Wizard loans are more or less a credit card without the physical card, whereby one can revolve the credit as one pays off.

    So it could be said it's a high rate credit card.
    factually not a payday loan, but one could suggest the "revolving LOC" parameters used was to get out of the payday act.

    That all being said, i'm unsure the author has really pressed on much, payday loan or not so what?

    As for the "smooth" margins, yeah that could be an issue, would need to do more forensic accounting to decipher, maybe the CFO (who sold all his shares mind you) likes to round up or down??

    Who knows, but will be interesting to see the response.
