yes im pretty sure the "revolving credit line" was excused from being under the small credit contracts act to allow ADI's or banks to provide the small overdrafts on bank accounts etc without being caught up in act.
If I were WW, Id be definitely consider introducing a credit card like "card", which enables the client to re-use, top-up, refer , all those kinds of things, from a marketing perspective and also to deliberately seperate themselves from the "payday" stigma.
Perhaps a change of name away from "wallet" wizard to some kind of credit card analogy may help.
