The apparent author appears to run a b2b 'research firm'. I wouldn't be at all surprised to find out that he was hired by one of CCP's US competitors. Pretty shoddy job all round though.
I read as much of the report as I could handle last night but it seemed full of unsubstantiated claims, misunderstandings about investing and finance, poor writing, editing, and design... It was painful to read in every sense.
At the end of the day, the big difference between CCP and other accused fraud is cash. CCP produces plenty of it, they pay dividends, they build new businesses, and they haven't raised capital since the GFC (under the old management IIRC). You can't fake cash.
I'll wait and see the response and do some more research, but at this stage I'd say there's a very good chance I will buy any dip in the share price.
