Having read the report in its entirety it's a very weak short thesis.
There is no smoking gun evidence re accounting fraud, and in the authors own analysis WW is not doing anything illegal.
Furthermore, the authors valuation skills are amateur. eg: the DCF is based on a run-off basis (no value to new business) and this is simply blended with a broad brush of peer multiples.
