take as long as you like to get them right no need to rush, if they don't have anything to hide or fear they should not be rushing into doing anything, let the number and business speaks volume.
A rush response is to me more dangerous as you got something to worry about and want to counter the argument without proper backup data.
If someone bad mouth me and I know it just bullshit and I know people and market know about it, I just take my time and I counter them
at my leisure I don't have to response right away and soon enough people work out who is the bad one.
