It'll be good to have the CR out of the way; the uncertainty/expectation of a raise has to have been suppressing the price. Will a drill program under way, and good results starting to come in, nice new prospects being targeted in July, and extra cash from the govt. for drilling, it should be a good proposition for new entrants.
Hopefully with some tenacity and long-term vision.
