As I see it the company is basically funded for all admin and R&D relating to the four ongoing initiatives so my guess is it is either
1. A JV company with one of those four partners to jointly go into production manufacturing printed inks, batteries or whatever it is with our side to be funded by shareholders, or
2. A spin off or a JV to fund exploration and a pre-feasibility study to develop the cobalt deposit.
Seems to me someone got wind of the "initiative" a couple of weeks back and sold out so my guess is we are going to be asked to cough.
