Have you refreshed your memory about who Novadel Phama are? There share price is 0.01c and trades at 1M or less. They don't even have a website that Google can find. Their company profile is basically a cut and pasted of Sud's. Nfw they will be able to come up with that type of money, so Sud will not make a profit there. Links below for the detail oriented...
