Correct me if I'm wrong. But trading halt request and market sensitivity are determined by the company executive. So technically, any company can request a trading halt and mark any announcement as market sensitive. And most of the time, ASX would give approval for it. All I'm saying, there is no determination or "set" guidelines on what is material or not.
