I could be wrong, but I don't think there is something else. The original announcement this morning did not specify the purchase price, how will they pay for it etc. Now ASIC probably wants more details on this. All these are material information and they should disclose them to the shareholders.
We should see a rerate in sp next week, hoping to move past the 6c barrier and onwards. Once again, I could be wrong. After all, I got it wrong 6 years ago when buying the shares at near peak.
