Of course we don't know what confidential negotiations have been occurring with FDA, but the Q&A of the conference call told us that they were "very confident" the FDA decision would be Q3 and "even more confident" it would be positive.
Purchasing the facility at this time is surely a de-facto announcement of the imminent FDA decision? In other words a VERY significant event. That is why it needs further clarification.
