Sorry champion; it was as much of a question as it was an answer seeing as PRL never seems to actually deliver on announcing what's really going on. But assuming you can read the first paragraph of the TH announcement, is this specific enough for you?
"the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 4 July 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market."
