After a previous failed cap raise I think what they announce should be a success as I think they know that there isn’t anymore money coming from shareholders or anywhere else without some progress imo.
I also dare say that with the big mopping up of shares at 0.003 it will get the share price higher than current levels as that was obvious insider buying...
