Ann: Trading Halt, page-15

Hi All
got really excited this morning seeing the trading halt for a capital raising. my thoughts started to run wild was it for, to acquire a bolt on business, or needing to fund gearing up with another major project coming though or a large order being placed for these framed agreement, now i feel just deflated if Icarus is right $3m at 36c sounds like just getting us over the short term cash flow until the receivables start to flow in. this could of been done with a loan as LF had hinted at in the interview the other week.
hope the placement not just to insto investors. best new would be the placement made to senior members of BHZQ or Bewg which will cermet our tires with them more or one the these companies tired up in these framed agreements
