This would only make sense for either of the following.
1) major contract win which requires Factory expansion immediately
2) we did not make our revenue target for the year and now need funds
I clearly hope it is 1) above as we have been advised by the board we had a very solid cash position and we still have options to be executed. So I am viewing this a positive and potentially a real kick up in the SP, but I could be wrong.
