4. Shareholder from what date?
5. Shares individually offered based on a proportion of one's holdings, or at fixed numbers, eg. 5000, 10,000, 15,000 shares, or $5000...?

Like many here I was expecting this and am prepared. This, for me, is a no brainer (complementing my own brain). Danke to the Germans, banks and gear providers for doing my diligence!
