Hey, i'm a novice on the legal side of contracts stuff, so it would be music to my ears if it isn't convertible. I can't recall the announcement that says that it won't be convertible and my quick googling highlights that mezzanine debt may be convertible http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~igiddy/articles/Mezzanine_Finance_Explained.pdf
Anyways, if you could clarify why you think it's not convertible would be greatly appreciated!
