    The statement that interested me was    :
    Funds raised were for pre-construction site works and finalisation of plant engineering.
    I assume the ‘pre-construction’ is part of the $US298m plant cap ex. First time I have seen ‘Pre’ mentioned
    ‘Finalisation of plant engineering’. Love to know the total spend on this so far. Every CR lists it. Never seems to end!
