Guess the higher prices in recent days was simply to increase the 7/14 day VWAP. Long term hold in waiting. Would be interesting to see what details they include in the Cash raise, particularly regarding the additional financing outside. When I purchased A2M back in the day, the cash raise at 60c had enough market relevant info that made it run through to $1.20; hoping that good information in this cash raise may do the same. While interest rates are historically low, still annoying in the timing for their bargaining power that they're doing the financing on the otherside of QE stimulus and US rates.
