I feel like Razer doing well bodes well for ESH, given their current relationship.

Razer has very recently announced that their phones will be distributed in the third largest smartphone market in the world, India.

I don't think this alone can account for ESH's recent lift in the SP. Just trying to rationalise how external news could push the price up.

I believe they do have some news. A couple of weeks ago, one of the posters on here (I think IBS) said they called up to make an enquiry and were told that ESH upper management were in the USA. If that's true, then a sudden spike in volume and then putting a trading halt in place pending an announcement seems like they have news. Not having any would be weird.
They may answer the ASX speeding ticket by saying they do have some news to announce and that's why they put a hold in place.

Another one of my holdings got a ticket the other day and I didn't even know they received one until they replied to it. Apples and oranges to an extent, though...
