I know that this may be a little hard for you to understand but its called common courteousy.
It’s not the reply but the lack of reply which is the issue here. It’s indicative of the attitude this company has towards its shareholders.
I’m involved in a couple of smallish companies and we always reply to shareholders queries as a matter of respect to our owners insofar as we are not providing any additional information over and above what is already provided.
