It looks more like a 10 year income proposition to me, since any capital gains will be attenuated by the put and call option which comes into play at the end of the 10 years and is set at the feedlot purchase price plus CPI. I like the fact that this deal is seen as a relationship builder between RFM/RFF and JBS which they are hoping will provide the base to spawn future deals and collaborations between them.
