Fosters clearly had to discount the hell out of it to find any buyers...my granny could have got them a better price!
At the very least a 23% discount should be offered to shareholders as a deeply discounted rights issue not a placement to Foster's mates...or staff! A discount like that means not going to any long term holders but to traders (insto or otherwise but most likely to Fosters' staff).
1 for 3 free attaching oppies as well ... exerciseable at 15c! .... sheeesh. Tells you what the Fosters' guys and their clients think of the value of YOJ. What an absolute disaster. This company needs better help than that!!
