    This is the term sheet offered by ACB for a nickel-cobalt tenement in Marlborough few months ago, however the deal didnt go ahead.

    CCZ owns a neighbouring nickel-cobalt tenement in Marlborough too so its quite likely that ACB would have made the offer.
