The Company provides the following information in relation to the request:
1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a material joint venture.
2. The Company requests an immediate trading halt and anticipates that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on 25 July 2018 or the making of an announcement in respect of a material joint venture; and
3. CCZ confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
