Current and past directors should all be concerned .Company been insolvent for at least 18mth .
They will be personal responsible for all debts .
Shareholders who purchased shares from early 2017 ,should have claim on company insurance for non-disclosure of various wind up actions .
ASIC will most likely step in once company put into administration .
M/F company taking security recently ,should be able to be set aside due to above .
Shareholders will not be the only ones having sleepless nights
Directors who recent joined the company ,regardless if they got indemnity from the company ,will still be liable for all debts .
