So by your logic, to stop dilution one must partake in the cap raise, and by spending more money to buy more shares, there is no dilution effect to that holder?
The simple fact that you are trying to bypass dilution by saying purchasing more shares cancels it out is absolutely ludicrous. The fact that you have to purchase more shares just to be able to own the same percentage of the company that you owned pre-acquisitions is the definition of dilution. Yes these acquisitions may turn out great and the dilution in the long run may not matter as much as the market seems to think now, but that doesn’t change the fact that your shares are worth almost half as much as what they were pre dilution eg. If you owned 115milliom shares, 10% of the company, you now only own 5% or close to it after the acquisitions.
