Good questions from 3 onwards as I certainly would like to know however I would assume the first 2 would be based on knowledge gained with his directorship & initial set up of Medcan. How many "qualified real experts" are there out there since the laws have only just come to fruition with I'm sure what will be tweaks along the way. I Think this area will be a WIP as this commodity matures so anyone involved at the beginning will be the most experienced IMO!
On the growing side...I actually know (as I'm sure many others would also) some people who have no qualifications at all but can grow some of the best weed ever! I would certainly trust their skills even though they have no qualifications. As another fact I think criminal history based on cultivation should have no hindrance on their employment seeing it is moving from an illegal to legal area.
