And you're assuming that they wouldn't. they knew their shares would be in escrow for at least two years from the day they signed up for this and no one could guarantee the price wouldn't have halved by then either.
they signed up for 250,000,000 shares. the risks associated with that are known to all otherwise everyone of us wouod put the house on it. end of story
