    It doesn't make sense. If it were insider info leaking out that was credible then one would think that short sale data would have been elevated. Short sale data has remained low (<1.25%) for the past three years.

    But why halt trading to give an earnings update, why not wait until releasing the end of year results?

    Confused, along with everyone else.
