You cannot tell me that the management watched the share price go down day after day and didn't start asking hard questions about their projects.
Either the management knew about it and said nothing or didn't find out..
They are dammed either way.
This is complete BS.
Somebody knew about this two months ago and traded on it.
But they will get away with it because ASIC couldn't find its own AR$E using both hands and a GPS
