    Rumors have been around now for about a month or so about issues wIthin RCR as the price dropped yet analysts showed TP over $4.

    those rumors about cost over runs on the solar project now appear to be very true.

    the big end of town knew about this it appears before the mug punters did.

    re share price - it's not the cost blow outs that is singularly driving down market cap. Its the lack of confidence in their ability to profitably secure future solar projects that now puts a ceiling on their share price
