I am of the opinion that the general downtrend has been due to RCR not winning enough contracts to meet their guidance. This has been covered by at least one broker.

This trading suspension relating to earnings is new and relates to an existing project not meeting its performance objectives and not the general downtrend in sp that we've seen of late.

Projects sometimes hold on to bad news and not brief the company properly or explain it away. People don't like being fired, so some choose not to deliver bad news. Not the right thing to do, but it happens in projects.

So proberbly no violation in continuous disclosure obligations from RCR in my view.

This also goes some distance in explaining why it is taking so long to produce the earnings downgrade.
