Question is is it a correction to one of their "published reports" or information in another "published report" elsewhere that doesn't line up or should / shouldn't have been disclosed.
Paying for a report isn't authoising the content under new rules always but it is a fine line as to what detail or extra detail / access is offered to researchers.
