I suppose there is some truth to this (unless you know something i don't know)
Tantalex our neighbor to the west own 65% the tailings (30% by government) . And Ruihua Investment - a subsidiary company of CATL own 14% of Tantalex.
That is unless you are referring to the remaining 5% owned by the unknown Mines d'Or Resources (which perhaps could be Ruiyou a JV between Huayou and CATL - however this i am not certain about the make up of MdR) .
