The 11 million for sale at 56c is very interesting to me. We have seen cappers and fake sell orders in the past with AVZ but nothing close to a 6Mil AUD sell.
A few scenarios, all completely speculation with no fact/intel to back any of them:
1) Fake sell order- used to make the sell depth look stronger to keep price down.
2) Legit sell order- someone wants their 6M and is willing to wait it out.
3) Someone in the know- eg; Heard of a TO offer of 60c, wants to be the first one out without waiting for the proceeding paperwork.
Number 1 is the least likely, if you take away the order the buy/sell ratio is still 1:1. TO party trying to keep it down? Trying to keep it below 14c by making their perceived value 56c? Doesn't work for me.
Number 2 seems plausible, but that's still 1.5M at todays price, so quite a nice upgrade to 6M. If you really want that extra 4.5M and you are aware it could take 1-2 years to get there would you really leave it hanging around just because you think you might end up at the front of the que with the exact price at the time? Possible but hard to believe.
Number 3 is what I'm thinking. maybe not a TO offer as the example I gave was, but something similar. The 11M seller knows what's up and is waiting it out, and not long term like scenario 2.
All IMO and pure speculation
