It’s going to be a long wait, this thread will be 20 + pages long and there’s still a chance that despite assuming almost every conceivable possibly - something still comes out of left field. It’s hapoened before.

I want an CLC agreement and permitting finality more than anyone and other than shifting my timeline expectations it hasn’t affected my sentiment. TNG was a screaming buy last week on technicals and sector heat alone.

What makes me entertain the idea (permitting/CLC progress) more at the moment is that this TH comes after a regular poster, with a history of having a more direct line to PB than the rest of
us implied that August would be a good month. Usually I take the forum whispers with a big grain of salt but the source had been prophetic in the past and it had an uncanny correlation with the 12c level being soaked.
